2,Structure

It is composed of decoiler,  feed material and guide device, roll forming part, straighten, hydraulic cut off, cooling circle system, pneumatic and electric control system etc.

4,machine frame

4.1,after welding roll forming part, straightening part, cut off part, all are normalizing treatment, precision machined surface

4.2, the component for each part will do necessary surface treatment  as per working condition and environment, like quenching, plating, black oxide coating etc.

5,feed material and guide material device by adjust guide wheel in phase
